Getting Ready

Picked my last picking of Green Beans. My wife dressed a Deer on Shares, made up Canned Stew with it. She has also canned up Chili.



Put up temporary Fence so my Chickens can get into the garden.



Going to have Rabbits ready in few weeks.



Some wood ready for the Fireplace.

Hello, big rockpile. It sounds like you folks have been busy.

Geez Rock, feel free to come over to my place and work your butt off! We have no firewood yet and it is expensive here and we have not had time to go to the mountains to get any , We still need to install a wood stove in the guest house as well . Mom will be here tomorrow at least the main house is warm and her room is too. Seems like I just keep getting more behind instead of catching up.

Hey I heard Arizona was where all us Old Folks went in the Winter. I know not funny.

My Son makes fun of me always being ahead. Right now he has one Pickup load of wood and no Stove set up. Thing is it is scary what he does on his Stove. In a Trailer House, run the Pipe out the Window and up. Good to go.
