Water softener drainage ideas

Any useful ideas if what I could do with the drainage from my water softner?

I plan on testing the water. It should be high in Na, Ca, and Magnesium.
Perhaps it could be used for shrimp, salt water fish, a mineral lick for livestock or wild game, as a de-icer in winter? Supposedly nothing will grow under it after a few years, so perhaps weed control in really overgrown areas

Any other suggestions?

I would love to hear from someone with actual experience

In the past I have just run mine into a ditch and just over a slight incline in the woods. Really isnt a big deal and isnt all that much salt because of all the backwashing etc going on during a regeneration cycle. One into the ditch always had plenty of weed and grass growth around it. The one in the woods isnt near any trees but I doubt it would hurt one even if I put the discharge directly onto a tree.

I'm running it into the woods now, but I was hoping I could do something useful with it
