Housea nd 6 acres

For sale near me. It is on a creek which does not run dry. Headwaters about 2 miles upstream. There does not seem to be much bottom land. The house is recently built, but I don't know if it is a house or a double wide. I have never been on the property, don't know the sellers, don't know the price. It looks like all that is cleared is a large yard. If someone is interestedI will get the number from the sign and you can deal with them.

If some wants horses it takes 4-5 acres in this area to support a horse, unless you buy a lot of hay. If that's your wish, come ahead, I sell hay, LOL.
