Old handle, but what is it???
We found this old handle and can't figure out what it is for! The round thing in the end, screws out. Any help greatly appreciated.

A saw blade of some sort might hook onto the key-like appendage. Or, I have an antique push plow that has a handle something like that on it, except that the key-like gizmo makes it look more like a small tool handle.

Draw gauge for cutting leather. Missing the crazy-sharp blade and the part with the measurements marked on it.
