most reliable brand of spading fork?

hey folks, our spading fork broke and we are looking for a new one. the old good companies that my in-laws remembered using 30 years ago weren't in business anymore and so we need some recommendations for something that will take heavy use (we use it instead of a tiller for parts of the garden) and hold up. thanks!!

I use the Radius Digging Fork. It has a round ergonomic handle. It's great & my DH hasn't broken it.

Doesn't sound like much but he has broken the handle (fiber glass, & wood) on virtually every garden tool I own except the newer ones he's not allowed to use.

Quite a few years back I was in an antique mall. In a booth where all sorts of old tools are sold, I found a remarkable shovel and a potato fork by a company called Neverbend. I was surprised at the pristine condition and craftsmanship, and really pleased by the price; so they came home with me.

After several years of use they look exactly the same, and I'm thrilled with them. They're super durable and extremely comfortable to use. I see that Neverbend tools are still made; and while pricey, if mine were stolen I'd replace them with the newer version and forget about the price.

If you google Neverbend tools, you'll find sources. I'd suggest eBay too, so maybe you can get a deal like mine.

thanks everyone, the radius was what we had before so we decided to just try it again, hoping this was a fluke.

We have these from Lee Valley and I love them - we have the spades and forks in both sizes (I prefer the border size because our clay soil is very heavy), all with the plastic covered handles because we know how abusive we are to our tools. I think they are 10 years old now and still look shiny, no bent tines, but the plastic is sun bleached.
