And "howdy do" to you too, this being your first post.

FYI this is a get to know you and a friendly, homestead support type place, not just for advertisements for help although your ad sounds interesting if you'd put more information in it as frogmammy posted.

This is a person that does not know how to use forums much.

I saw this and advised them to not put their contact information on a post, but if you are interested, send a PM so they can reply to your specific questions or how to get in touch with them.

I do not know them, just the information and their IP address does check out to the area of Southern Virginia. They did have more information on the PM, and left more of it out, than I expected.

This is the information less the email address for them. This is what they thought they were posting earlier..

live in WV on 1000 acres of spectacular mountain land running an equestrian retreat with miles of trails,. I am looking to hire a couple wanting to live on the property, salary and living quarters, two references, experience with horses, mowing equipment, fence building, etc. Contact me if interested.
I took out their website link and email. You can PM them for that for more information.

This ad might get more response in the equine section too.
