Do you use essential oils for health remedies?

Which ones do you use and for what?

Where do you purchase them?

I buy my single oils from Vitacost http://www.vitacost.com/, price is good and I'm very happy with the quality. I get many of my compound oils from Heritage http://heritageessentialoils.com

Each site will describe what each oil is for, much quicker then typing it all out here. But I will say a few drop of peppermint oil in the bath when you are all congested is so helpful!

I make a version on "thieves oil" I use during cold season, and clean with it mixed in water all the time. I buy most of my oils from amazon. I also use what my husband refers to as "voodoo cream" it is coconut oil, bees wax, and a few drops of any oils I have that have anti inflammatory, or analgesic effects works great on the sore muscles.

I sometimes put a drop in the little containers I have on my steam radiators.

Also have tied eucalyptus around my shower rod and that also helps with congestion.

I use frankincense and lavender, sometimes ti tree. I have a lot more, but those are my "go to".
