Prepaid Phone Cards

We don't have long distance on our phone, nor do we want it. I'd like to be able to make the occasional long distance phone call though and was wondering if anyone could recommend a non-scam prepaid phone "card".
(We do have cell phones, but they don't work squat here at the house)

Every so often I go looking around to see if there is a better deal and, if so, change.

We use noblecom.com and it's been great. You can choose whichever type of card suits your style. It takes a bit to wade through all the card types but once you have one you're happy with, it's easy to just renew it. We've been using it for several years.
