market for negative calorie chocolate?

So I am always looking for ways to make an honest dollar on the farm. I am wondering if there would be a market for chocolate that actually burned up more calories than it provides? The theory here is everytime you eat a piece of this chocolate your body would kick its metabolism in gear and burn up about twice as many calories than are contained in the treat. Would this stuff sell?

Make the packaging so difficult to open that you burn more calories getting it open than you get from the chocolate.

Thats what my Yvonne said when I ran the idea passed her.... I was thinking of a product with not quite such drastic side affects!

This sounds extremely chancy to me, as far as your Food & Drug Administration goes. You would be making claims that you would have to be able to prove, whenever they got involved, and I think you could just about guarantee that they'd get involved - Murphy rules supreme. FDA is not backward in coming forward when they levy fines, either. It's not the sort of thing a small business can afford - it would take someone like a large alcohol, tobacco, or pharmaceutical company who has a lot of money to spend and knows where and how to spend it to get past the government rules and regulations, and get the politicians and bureaucrats on-side.
