Interest rates just dropped below 4% this week, if you want to buy it is time. As soon as the fed stops pumping money into Wall Street, they are going to go up fast.

The FED can't quit pumping money into Wall St, banks, and federal debt, attempting to keep rates low and banks appear solvent.

Eventually, they will lose the battle, and rates will likely rise anyway, or the rest of the world won't take a US buck for anything.

Farms are selling for more than ever, at least in this area, so lower interest rate don't mean much.

There are a few properties up in this neck of the woods that folks are hoping you'll jump at because the rates just got lower....But as soon as it starts raining again, you'll wish you had been wiser, had looked at good dry properties, and had a big down payment to get an even lower fifteen year mortgage. No sense buying a pig in a poke.
