Great Customer Service
I just placed a 200 lb grain order with Honeyville Food Products, mainly because of their customer service. I hadn't intended on purchasing all of that right now, but they offered a 15% discount last week. Unfortunately, I let the week get away from me and fell asleep on Friday (the last day of discount) before taking care of business. I thought that I should just mark my loss up to procrastination, but felt bad enough about it, I emailed the company last night. I received a response this morning that offered to extend the discount for me if I placed the order today. GLADLY!
Everyone there has always been so helpful - and shipping is just $4.49!
