Horn for ATV

My very nice older neighbor rides around on his ATV which does not have a horn. I'd like to buy one for him and was considering a fog horn - just so he can use it case of an emergency. Does this sound like a good idea or would there be something better to get? I don't want something that has to be installed at a shop.

Get him a canned air horn or three, he can clamp one where he wants it.

There are also 911 cell phones with a large button for an emergency call.
