homesteading

hello.i'm looking to homestead in nw florida and would like to know if anyone has used a water tower? looking to live in camper or wood shed cabin...i want the quiet peace nature..i have enough of slumlords....

You need a tower over 30 ft high to get a minimal water pressure and it needs to be even higher to get the same sort of water pressure you are used to on city water. It takes a lot of energy to get the water that high and the tower is costly. A more efficient way is the same sort of pressure tank that most people on a well use.

What are you using as a water source? How were you getting the water up into the tower?
