For alla those in the NE Okla area, The 412 hwy sale is next week. Ought to be a BIG one with an early winter projected.
IF any go, Ill be the old farmer with long sleeves, jean s and stupenders, and big farm style straw hat.

I would go but I just can't tolerate the crowd. You can come over for a big glass of tea if you want. I'm about 15 miles east of there.

Im going looking for a couple of those rail jacks, called Handiman jacks, Unificially called widow makers. Ill need them to raise the high end of the house/storage buildings to get the concrete blocks out and get them lowered to the ground.

I would use a couple small hyd jacks and some cribbing. Those handyman jacks are not stable sideways. Not safe at all....James

Rail as in railroad? I you talking those big funnel shape bases with a screw jack? When I think of "widow makers" I think of dead trees in the woods.

Im talking of those jacks that have either a fixed wood or pipr handle. Have a rail the jack head goes up and down on. its a I beam with 50 holes in it.
