solar panel farm

My brother & I own a small property together. The power company contacted us as they want to lease 17 acres of the property for a solar power farm in a 20 year lease. We are having a lawyer look at the lease agreement. According to the lease after 20 years if they decide not to renew they will return the property to farm status. Anyone have experience with this?
