Always interested, but location,location,location and zoning???

That's an unbelievable price. You know what they say...if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Where abouts is it? I live in the Albany area and land at that cost hasn't been seen around here in about thirty years.

power is about 3 poles down the road
springs on property

so if you had a few people to buy 10 acres each and chip in on power lines
to bring it and phone in.
