Question about kool kart clutches

How does one engage and disengage them? I saw them in the Northern Tools Catalog. Thought about putting one on my 2 wheel simplicity walk behind garden tractor, but don't know how to engage or disengage them.

I didn't go to Northern Tool to look but if it's a centrifugal clutch it engages itself as engine rpms increase , like a chain saw clutch .

hmmmmmmmmmm That could work. But on a Simplicity V series 2 wheeler insteadof the one I have. Id have to figure how to run a gas cable from handlebar to Preditor engine and attach it, the attaching being the hardest part.
