My friends 12 yr old daughter has disappeared from the Tulsa OK area. If you think you have seen her please notify authorities. Thank you

Two questions: why was there aluminum foil wrapped around their phones? The phones still will work regardless. 2nd: why did they bother trying to run away when they were seen? I'm sorry but that guy needs to go to jail and the girl needs to be taught to not trust strangers.
