It takes a lot to impress me

, but I was impressed, with the farm tour at Amish Acres, In Nappanee Indiana.
Amish homesteading is about a real, as it gets.
AA is "touristy" for sure, but the farm itself, is real and
old school, where the tour guide gave great info, on how to do a whole lot, with very little. Don't go on Sunday, as the Amish are all at church service, so the tour guide will be the only ones there (We could only go on Sunday, but it was still great informative, tour anyway).
Summer, is when there are more demonstrations, etc (also more crowds). We went in the fall, almost nobody else at the farm we just walked and explored, after the tour.
We learned a lot that day and had a great time..
