Plastic Dip Clear?

Has anyone Found it? Used it? How about the plastic dip primer? Any thoughts on the stuff at all?
Im thinking of adding glow in the dark pigments to the clear and Dipping a lot of my tools ,perhaps even my tool box.
Perhaps yellow would be a better base? Or, three coats primer,yellow and the clear with GID pigments last?

tried some on pliers years ago and it did not hold up well, course I only did one dip and your supposed to do like a candle and dip several times to get any thickness. you might try rubberized undercoating from a auto paint store, I've had better luck with it holding up.

I need clear or light for the glow in the dark stuff to work....
