Check your local codes about outdoor wood furnaces in general, and about this one in particular. It does not meet the EPA clean burn standards, so many areas do directly or effectively ban it.
Insurance, don't nulify it by your installation or the existance of the unit.
Look at your ducting that you're trying to tie into. Sometimes it's an easy join, many times it is not. Especially if you have to have an inspection (for permits or insurance), and double especially if your existing duct would have to be upgraded to current code.
Yes I know it's "outdoors", but that doesn't mean it can't cause real fun problems
