These dogs must have spent too much time with the chickens I had last year

Notice it is the MOTHER teaching these bad habits to the youngun LOL...J/K.

Wouldn't have thought a dog would eat cabbage and actually appear to be enjoying it. Thanks for sharing.

LOL...they definitely seem to be enjoying it! I have had dogs steal watermelons, cantaloupes, sweet potatoes and peas from the garden. Drake is the cantaloupe eater, Eoghan is the watermelon eater and Tom is the sweet potato muncher. All of them will snitch sweet peas.

I watched that and the first thing I thought was imagine sitting in the living room watching TV that night with those dogs laying at your feet. Passing gas!!! That would spoil the TV for me! LOL!

Our little Maggie will pull sweet peas off the vine, strawberries, tomatoes. This year I couldn't figure out what was happening to my lemon cucumbers and yep, sure enough, I found Maggie pulling one off the vine and chomping it down. I was a bit surprised because they have little spurs on them.

I have a friend whose dog goes into the blackberry brambles and eat the blackberries----he doesn't mind being scratched by the thorns silly dog!

I think those are Shiba Inu's - they are a very different breed of dog. Almost cat or fox like in their mannerisms and very aloof.

Yep. Coyotes are bad about stealing our melons. Not sure how they do it but we'll find watermelons (icebox size, but still!!!) 100' from the garden, half eaten.
