So far it appears all attempts to blame Syngenta have been dismissed as in no facts to support the claim?

The writer of the article appears to already know it is 100% Syngenta's fault, without having any evidence or actually any knowledge at all about it? Kinda odd?

I don't know anything about it either, so can't say.

It is rather common for beef/dairy to have problems with moldy feed or silage/fodder harvested in very dry conditions, and so forth. These often end up being the problem behind such cattle deaths. Many times can get away with these problems you can't evven see, then all of a sudden it catches a person and some critters die.

I guess none of us know. The investigations so far have said nothing to it, a writer for an organic proponant says otherwise.

We can draw our conclusions, probably depending on what we believe, facts won't matter.

Would be nice to see the science behind it, mold counts and nitrate tests of the fella's feed at the time.

Animals can not thrive nor can we if that is all you eat.
It was very interesting.

That article was horribly written. Just exactly what entity is trying Sygenta in a criminal court?

I have found numerous, FACTUAL reasons to hate Syngenta, from their terrible record at containing their chemicals, to their horrible disregard for human life.

However, I have found NO articles or records, in English, German of French, that indicate that this rticle has even a passing association with the truth. Also, all mention of this supposed criminal case by other sites link back, or are copied from, this article.

So, I am going to have to say the article is false.

Most livestock in the US is fed this grain. This case is so isolated that I would suspect some unrelated toxin to these deaths.
