Question about Tool Cases

As part of my cleaning out at the farm, I ran across a Jensen hard shell tool case with some tools still inside. When comparing it to those online, the online descriptions say "with pallets only".

What does that term mean? My tool case has these flip down tool holders that have some tools in them. It has a combination lock which is still functional and is pretty heavy. At any rate I am curious as I plan to post it in the barter board and do not want to misrepresent it.

Pallets is the term for the panel that holds the tools. Pallets only means NO tools are included. You can get the cases fully loaded with tools for different types of technicians.

Thank you, I will take pics of the exterior, interior and the tools that come with it. It's a nice hardshell case but has been sitting in the house for a long time and now it is time to find it a new home - lol..
