Turnip kraut

Anybody ever eat turnip kraut?

Got an abundance this year thought I try it.

BTW I tried "Tokyo hybrid" this year along with the standard "purple top" and I was very impressed.

Occasionally I make kraut with cabbage, turnips, carrots, onions, radishes, parsnips, and whatever. I almost always eat it raw, as opposed to cooking it.
