New guy
Hi everyone. I'm new here and can't figure out how to add a signature line when I post. Can anyone help out? Thanks -look forward to learning and interacting with all of you! My wife has been a member for years and loves this site.......and yes I did ask her about the signature line and she doesn't know :/.

You should be able to click on the above "User CP" then click on Edit Siginature and do what you need. Welcome!!

Welcome. Look in your User CP section and edit the signature line. Remember to "save" - that messed me up a few times when I forgot to save it.

Bear, you might be right. I haven't seen an actual "signature" line under User CP, but I was able to input some info others can see if they view my profile, I believe. I don't see a signature line under my posts yet though, so perhaps I DO have to wait before the feature becomes available. Thanks again.

You do not get signature or avatar or allowed to post in General Chat/Politic forums until you've been here awhile and have a number of helpful and neighborly posts in the rest of the forums.

It keeps down the ones that join just to exploit those features, but it does keep the good guys and gals from having them for a short period, also.

Ok so I want to know is the signiture line where you can post your website and facebook also? Not trying to hi jack I just have been working on this myself.

Glad Quabbinite asked. I've been reading/learning for a while, but not posting much more than questions in various areas so this answers my question about the signature line as well.
