Okay, that was really clever. I never would have thought to do that.

Congrats to the good guys (actually I think it might have been a girl that put the ladder into the dumpster).

I don't think they were stuck in there. Putting the ladder in just scared them out. Notice how one cub crawled out without the ladder?

I think they all used the ladder. One climbed up the side instead of the center of the steps.

They did great.
I would have hooked a chain to the dumpster and tipped it over.
Pulling it up slowly to the balance point the cubs would have been in a good position for the drop.
The ladder was a much better method.
I was picturing the guy in the back of the truck and that gal backing the truck up nowhere near the dumpster.
I have seen my sweet wife and my daughter trying to back up to something,,,,,,,
