I know this is a question for General Chat, But..
I can't seem to post in General chat, nor reply to anything in there. Anybody know where I can get some help figuring out why?

You have been here long enough or shared (ie, posted) enough to be allowed to post in General Chat. Be patient and share some homesteading information/questions so we can get to know you. Then, you can post in General Chat.

JamieW, I was very confused about the same issue early on. And only Chuck really knows the formula that determines when you can start posting in GC. But just relax, post a few and respond to a few posts and in no time you will be annoying people in GC like the rest of us.

General Chat disappeared on me a few days ago and I haven't seen it since. Frankly I don't really miss it much.

Things have changes quite a bit since you have been gone. Everyone friendly, no arguments, lots of happy faces.

I have been here awhile. It seems that no one can ever give an indication of what the actual critera is to post in GC or politics.
