You are supposed to be able to use "in private browsing" in explorer and not get tagged with anything. That's the way I understand it anyway. I think they have the same settings in google also.

Also in Safari has that also.
But why worry so much about searches?
Your ISP by law has to keep at least 2 YEARS of everything, where, when, and by how long you are at any said site.
