I have a few and am going to look at a large collection today. After trying to look up some Info. I see there is alot to know and I need a crash course! Is there a diffrence in the worth if the handles are brass or iorn? Any info about Zinc lined Copper cookwear would help,Please!

I wouldn't cook in either. Those metals are too prone to leaching into food and creating mineral imbalances. Sorry. They do look nice though.

From the post, I'd guess your looking for collector's value. I can't help you there. Copper bowls are useful for whipped cream and meringues. The copper ions help the foam formation. Anything copper for cooking should be tin lined. Avoid overly acid foods in tin lined copper.
