GARDEN AND FLOWERS MUCH BETTER THIS YEAR! pics.
More rain and much cooler. Still tomatoes are not good, but as you can see other things are. Flowers are outdoing themselves.

Could not keep enough water to anything last year, even with pvc. Pulled everything up after first picking of tomatoes and squash. Was not going to plant anything this year, thought I would try and see if it rained? So far, so good.
