What is your dream ride/truck/vehicle?

My fav ride was my 82` Jeep Wagoneer it finally died.If we had the resources my husband would have could have restored it.But way back then we just didn`t have the money.

This is my dream truck.Maybe if I win that 500 million lottery tonight,I`ll buy it and MANY more!!

Oh I would have to have several!

An M1 Abrams so I wouldn't have to stop on a dime for people who pull out right in front of me.
A 67 or 68 Cougar, painted hot pink with a fuzzy pink dash.
A Sprinter 4 wheel drive (I don't think that's stock)
A Ford E 350 with a Quigly 4x4 package
And a Tucker that would be driven only to shows

Seems like everyone is thinking what they would do if they won the lottery.

If I won, this is the vehicle that I would want. It's for sale on Ebay right now for only $38,900! The decommissioned .50 cal Browning is set up with a propane/oxygen firing system, so it actually sounds like a machine gun firing!

You can hear the machine gun in this video...

For a toy, I'd like a '40 Ford pick-up, mildly modified for driveability and reliability. For regular old use, a newer Ford truck would be just fine.

In 1965 I bought a 1962 Chevy Impala Super Sport with a 409 engine and a four speed.

Gasoline got up over $.40 a gallon and since I was only getting 6 to 8 miles per gallon, I figured I couldn't afford to keep it. I sold it and bought a Ford with a six cylinder engine.

I still kick myself regularly for being so stupid.

Where's my 409?

I can't get a lottery ticket for tonight.

I don't want to beg, but will anyone commit to buy me a used 6 cyl. 4WD Toyota truck with a tow package if they win?

I will donate my 1990 Ford Ranger to a worthy cause in your name, and pay it back to others and all of the Karma that I can deflect, will be directed to you.

I'll 'fess up also. In 1973 I bought a a 1968 Plymouth Fury ll . A year later it was leaking tranny fluid so bad, I was getting I mile per can of fluid.

I took it to a service station, and let them have it for a cheap song, since I couldn't afford the repair. I have kicked myself 1000 times.

Hmm... well for the homestead, a low mile all original 1971 Ford Bronco, baby blue, with 200-6 and 3 on tree manual.

Or for town, a 1952 Buick Special with straight eight in perfect restored condition. Course not that picky if only a Roadmaster is available that would be fine.... LOL Apparently gas mileage isnt a concern in dreamland.

Or for cruisin the interstate, a Hudson Hornet with 308 straight six in perfect condition, year not that important.

I have had 3. That's probably my limit for this lifetime.

First one.....57 chevy...4 door...automatic...canyon coral and white. That was my high school love. Not in my life anymore.

Second.....1998 Suzuki Savage 650....It was magical...and so was I when I rode it. Sadly, not in my life anymore. Memories.....

Third...1984 Chevy pickup... half ton short box with manual 4 on the floor with a granny gear. That baby took me and my kids all over. Took just me to Florida 2x, Colorado mtns, Canada, all over No. Minn....and up the north shore of Lake Superior so many times I have lost count. And I am blessed to still have it in my life.

Awwww somebody painted my baby purple!!! She looked much finer in the light blue dress she wore while I had her. Drove this baby from 1985 to 2008 and what a fine relationship we had. I really do miss the old gal.
