is it possible to re sprout these?

the root ends of green onions?
avocado seeds?
red pepper seeds from store bought peppers?
store bought potatoes?

Most usually, but no guarantee you will get production that matches the original; red peppers are just ripe green peppers. FAster $$ to sell them green so that is how they have been marketed all these years. Avocado seeds will sprout and make a pretty potted plant, but it takes 15 years or more being planted outside to get close to making avocados and they are a very tropical tree. Lots of folks sprout and plant store bought taters in their gardens.

You might get some green onion growth from planting the stump but mostly it will want to go to seed quick. So if you try it eat them small. Avocado won't live outside in AR. Potatoes ok, red pepper might be if not heat-dried.
