Has anyone got one of those Greyhound engines

Harbor Freight sold a couple years ago?? If so, Can U tell me what wgt oil is supposed to go in them

10W30 though if you are going to use it mostly in summer I wouldnt hesitate to use straight 30 weight. But 10W30 to do it the factory recommended way. Wouldnt go any thinner unless using it in very cold conditions.

Except for the wife's car i put Rottela T 15w40 in everything in sight .Had fifteen different motors on the place . Could you imagine a different oil in each one Now down to six plus wife's car

Nope I got a Troy Bilt Tuffy Tiller that had a Clinton engine on it and it went to hail, so got the Greyhound. Love it

Geo If you know what a Turry Trtoy bilt is. Its the smallest Troy Bilt they make, and I dont think they make it anymore. I broke it in gently. I filled it with gas, and let it run on mid idle all day

They are a good motor. I have one on a air compressor and it has worked flawlessly for a little over a year.
