Boy, I hate to say it, but most of the situations I have seen is that someone starts out with a Spring fever to plant all sorts of things, then abandons it about July when the heat and weeds take over......and those people aren't interested in working out in the heat and sun to help you pay the rent on it. Anyone experienced with a garden already has his/her own location, and may have a lot larger area, besides. Don't mean to sound discouraging, but I think you probably will have to hire someone.....my own opinion. That rare person you are looking for is, well, rare.
