Mt. Tortilla
While at the Amish bargain store, they had 10-packs of flour tortillas for 8/$1, the small soft taco size. I was tempted, but I realized I had no idea what I would do with 80 tortillas. No one else is a fan of Mex/Tex-Mex food here, I have to limit my carb intake, and you had to get all 8 packs. A great bargain, if I wanted to eat soft tacos or quesadillas every day for a couple of months.
What would you have done with a stack of 80 little tortillas? I suppose they could have made for interesting target practice. Wrap little sausages in them and pass them off on unsuspecting relatives?

chips
We use the larger ones and cut them in diamond shapes and fry them in canola oil and then dust with things like ranch dressing mix or taco mix or any of those powdered dressings could be used, I suppose and then you have your own homemade doritos for parties, etc. You can also dust them with cinnamon and sugar, or also powdered sugar and a bit of cocoa.
I saw a thing on TV where someone melted chocolate chips and drizzled them over these and then put out some raspberry or strawberry jam or orange marmalade to dip them in, the chocolate goes well with those flavors or even blackberry.
With the small ones you have, you could make them into "dippers" for cheese, or the above things. I know you are avoiding carbs, but these could be used for a party.

If they were soft, use them to make wraps. I eat a wrap with ham or sweet bologna or turkey etc and cheese for lunch everyday at work.. They are easier to handle then a regular sandwich and I can still work during lunch if need be...

I've made cinnamon/sugar chips by brushing with a little water, sprinkle the cinnamon & sugar and bake in the oven for a few minutes. Pampered Chef had a recipe for them with there covered shaker. They're great with the pumpkin dip, also from Pampered Chef.

Breakfast burritos.
Scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, and cheese wrapped up makes a great breakfast on the go.

What a great buy. We go through tortillas faster than bread. I like to make wraps instead of sandwiches. They freeze well to.

You can also make up burritos and freeze them so they are all ready to go on a day when you don't have time to make dinner.

You can make enchiladas out of flour tortillas. Or layer them into a casserole.
You can wrap one around a hot dog with some cheese and onion and fry that.
You could make baked tacos out of them. It would be like a chimichanga, only flat. The small ones are a bit too small to make burritos or proper chimichangas out of.

Thanks for the suggestions. Too bad I'm the only one who eats Tex-Mex. I didn't think about freezing them, but the freezer is pretty full at the moment.

I would have gotten them, and put them in the freezer. I like to make breakfast burritos for hubby's breakfast when I think he might eat them on the road.

Cut them up and drop into boiling chicken or turkey broth for dumplings. Yummy!
