Good idea but the price is a bit high. We never exchange our tanks now since we found out that they are only filled to the 3/4 level.

It's difficult to see in the photos, but I don't think you could get it filled here. It's against the law for the propane places to fill any tank that doesn't have the new triangular valve. That is the old style valve on those tanks.

I'd love to have one especially since I fill all of my own bottles from my Bulk tank. It would help me figure out how much propane I use each night in the greenhouse, and to clearly know how much propane I had left in the bottle.

Interesting.

They will eventually catch on because they are so much lighter than steel & they don't rust.
