Great news for those in WNC wanting to sell inspected poultry.

A non profit processing plant is opening up next week in Marion NC.
This is less than 25 miles from our place and at first will process chickens,turkeys and rabbits.

It is USDA inspected and so the poultry can be sold across state lines.
