I have the Blaze King Princess Fireplace insert version. It is a FANTASTIC stove. I have no doubt that the normal princess would be just as great. The good thing about the stove is that it uses a catalyst burner instead of a secondary ignition system.
Essentially that means that you can burn to the same efficiency, but at much lower temperatures (~550F isntead of 800-1000F). Because of this, you are able to dial the stove down much further, making the same load of wood last almost twice as long.
The princess may be a bit big for 800 sq feet... but the good thing about big stoves is that you can always build small fires in them. But you can never put a bigger fire in a small stove.
