Sometimes if I'm feeling really beat up I'll pour about a half a cup of it in the whirlpool and have a good soak. One time I put too much in and gassed myself out.

I've had the same bottle of the red liniment for the last 15 years, it just seems to last forever.

Works really well on sore muscles, don't know about tendonitis.

OTOH, if you rub it in good, you'll forget all about the tendinitis!
