Needing info on a stove.

Tonight I bought a small cast iron wood burning stove on craigslist. I plan on using it for a plant stand, not as a real stove. However, I can find no info about it. The top of the stove says 423 Rugby, A&J MFG Co, Gadsden Ala
Anyone know anything about these stoves? It's dark out now, but I will take a picture in the morning.
Thanks!

Pictures would be nice!
I have an idea that it maybe very old.
The site below mentions the company in the archives.
I do not have time to read it all but looks like very interesting historical info.

With the small pot, it is more likely a coal stove. The low height indicates that it was possibly used in tent camping. The idea of lugging a cast iron stove camping may seem strange to us, but it was done, as evidenced in some of the old 3-D photos I have from the 1850s up through the turn of the century. The tents were fairly big wall tents, and thee would be a thimble and stove pipe clearly evident.

Thanks Harry, you might be right about it being a coal stove. It would be easier to put in coal rather than wood. The whole top is made in sections that lift off , so you can remove the whole cooking surface.
