How 'bout them Indians?

Hard to beat the price:

And don't forget, JD now has an Indian-built line as does Massey and New Holland....

Thats a pretty good price for 41hp. They seem to be popular around here and I have never heard anyone complain about them. Are you looking to buy one?

Wishful thinking.

I've got a Long 350, but she needs some work. And I sure would like to have power steering...

My neighbor has four tractors (Two JD's a David Brown, and a Mahindra.) The Mahindra is the one he uses 80% of the time.

We looked at a Mahindra, leftover model(although still considered new).
I am guessing the sun really does a number on the paint here,it was faded quite badly.

It also was the model with no power steering,so in the end it was not for us,as well as the small point of the dealer not wanting to deal OR give much in the way of trade in.

That said,I would buy one if the price was right.

John Deere does indeed have models made in India, but then from looking at older tractors,it seems a lot of 'American' tractors were made overseas,Germany,Belgium, the UK....

I sure understand that. We have a small Kubota and an old AC that are plenty for our needs but I have been eying the LS tractors and would love to have one about 35-40 hp. Maybe someday.
