(more) Regulations

So, I am intrested in starting a CSA, and as part of that, was wanting to add farm products, such as canned tomatoes, pickels, jams, etc. to the CSA.

Does anyone have regulations for Montgomery County, MD as far as what rules I have to follow to make this?

Do I have to rent kitchen space, like at a church?

From a quick google search there is a cottage food law bill currently in the works for Maryland, but right now you need a certified commercial kitchen.
