Preserving Peaches: Golf Ball size?

I have two trees loaded with golf ball sized peaches. They are too small to peel and pit. Can you cook them, pull out the pit and run them through a food mill to make jam or sauce?

Yes. I'd just cut them up and mash them a bit - cook a tad to soften and ta da.....peaches for jam. I made jam from the juices off the peels and pits of a bushel of peaches I canned this week. It makes a really pretty pink jam.

I have the same issue with my two peach trees, was thinking of just removing pits & dehydrating.

Cooking the peach pit would ruin the cooked peaches so remove pits before cooking.

Thanks for the advice! I made peach sauce (like apple sauce), because I already have pear butter in the cabinet.
