one step closer

Well we have made a big jump toward getting out to our land. the home we own that is thirty miles from our land needs a few finishing touches and we can put it on the market. last week we rented a house in the town I work in and is only 12 miles from the land. when the house sales we will be able to start building! We should save enough on gas and utilities to cover the rent. wish us luck and I plan to post updates once we start. the cabin we are building on the land is on hold while I finish the house and get it on the market.
