Not sure! I do know that Cherokee Nation is supplying bottled drinking water at the local firedepartment. What everyone is doing to fluch toilets I don't know? There is a creek that flows next to the town, but I doubt very many knows how to haul water to their house to use for toilets. I know of several springs up and down the old creek, but would the land owners let anyone in to collect it for drinking is another story. There's a great big spring that comes out of the side of the hill and travels about 20 yards before it empties into the creek. Many times while squirrel of rabbit hunting in the area I have knelt down and got a good drink of water from it. But I bet 99 percent of the town folks don't even know it's there. It would be easy access to it, if people knew about it. Of course, the land owner would have to give permission for the people to tresspass. Landowner lives 65 miles away in the big city.
