Cell Phone ..."No Call" List....

............Received a notice from a friend that the FCC is releasing the Cell Phone Name and number list , this month ! So , I went too the NO Call website and registered my Cell Number for the No Call List , lasts for 5 years ! You can register up to 3 numbers at a time . , fordy

My understandng is that rumor has been kicking around for a decade now, based on a very old & long forgotten law that was being considered a couple administratons ago.

I don't really like phones, I like email or forums like this or face to face conversations. I'll drive 25 miles to talk to someone rather than having to pick up the phone. I don't own a cell phone.

Seems odd thsat cell phone are not in a book. How can anyone find anyone any more? No phone listings, no nothing. Kinda odd.

We got rid of our home phone 5 years ago. We started getting junk calls on our cell phones so I put them on the no call list a couple months ago. It has helped.
