LOVE THE IDEA OF PIC OF THE DAY. SOME VERY GOOD SUBJECT MATTER ON THE HOMESTEADS AND SOME VERY GOOD PHOTOGRAPHERS. KEEP IT GOING! I REALLY LIKE THE PHOTOS. I HAVE LOOKED AT THE ONE OF THE EARLY MORNING PIC OF THE CHICKENS AND PICS SOMEONE POSTED A SHORT TIME AGO.Another pic of the day!! - Homesteading Questions

Two threads! Great for those that like to post photos or look at them.....

Photograph taken on our private lane - first time seeing a sensitive briar or cats claw......pretty little thing.

We have cats claw in our area. Pretty, huh? You are right, love the pics. Hope everyone will post something each day. I love to see the pics, whatever the subject matter. Keep it up!

As we are in a very bad drought, we did not get the wildflowers this year......so sad. I did get to take some photos of flowers in March, April and May, but minimal amount. Here's my photo of the day - taken in May.
