Finally, some good news

Just got this email from the bank regarding my sellers VA mortgage.

Looks like they are going to approve the appraisal! I now need to gather the rest of the stuff and get it Under Written and approved through my office. I will bust my butt at doing that. I believe that we can have this thing closed this month. I will dig into the file today and have a better outlook by the end of the day. I will e-mail you then. Good news!!!

Great news!

After jumping through hoops and dealing with inspectors and realtors, (all trying to justify their pay) I decide that any houses we remodel from here on out will be rentals.

I certainly will never request for myself at sell another property using tht VA system. Even though I am sure the rules are to cover everyones behind- usually after some law suit happend- they are still way beyong reasonable. sisterpine who is very very relieved.
