Pasturizer question

Does anyone have a Hoegger pasturizer- or other, and can tell me how to use it?
It has a heating element in the bottom, a stainless pot that fits in over this element, a long plastic tube that attaches to the outside pot.
I am guessing you put the milk in the inner pot, but what from there?
Mine had no instructions, it was a new to me pasturizer.
Thanks!

There was one for sale in the Barter Board section, maybe you could ask the owner.

Yes, I have that pasteurizer. It is really easy to use. Your are right, the milk goes in the inner bucket. After it is filled set the bucket into the outer bucket using the brackets. Make sure the gasket is in the lid for the inner bucket, put the lid on the inner bucket and place cover lock on the lid, making sure the ball is over the hole in the lid. Push each end of the cover lock until both ends lock under the brackets. Plug the hole of the outer bucket with the cork provided. Using the hose provided, fill the outer bucket with hot water until the water is over the lid of the inner bucket. Place the cover over the outer bucket and plug in the pasteurizer. When the buzzer sounds, the milk is pasteurized. Unplug the pasteurizer and take the cork out of the drain hole of the outer bucket. (Make sure to be very careful as the water is super hot. I set my pasteurizer on a wooden cutting board in my double sink. Drain as much water as possible using the drain hole. Insert the water supply hose between the inner and outer buckets, pushing it down to the bottom. Hook the other end of the supply hose to the cold water tap and turn on the cold water. I let the cold water run until a small, steady stream comes out of the drain hole of the outer bucket. Turn the water pressure down just enough to keep a very small stream of water coming out of the drain hole. If you cool down your milk too fast, the suction will pull the lid of the inner bucket down. Keep the cold water running through until the milk has cooled. I hope this makes sense. Here is a link to a user's manual for a pasteurizer that works just the same as the one at Hoeggers.
